All VSI welders are AWS certified. Miscellaneous iron is our forte. We deliver high quality specialty design, as well as, repetitive processes such as curb steel and grating by the mile. With the top level experience we have in our shop, we are committed to retain our key employees. These workers are critical to our long term heath and success as a company.

Our facility is capable of handling most any size project. We successfully fabricate the smallest single bumper post to large commercial or industrial plans. Projects have included but not limited to door lentils, door jambs, roof grillage, platforms, handrail, stair rails, and pre pit steel. We do specialty jobs consisting of huge multiple piece templates for stacks, turbines and generators. We are also your experts for multi story stair towers, ornamental railings, Med-gas supports, etc.

 Hospitals use VSI to fabricate boom supports for their operating room lighting and equipment. This is a critical component to them as these materials require the lowest tolerance for vibration.

Our field crews are highly experienced with miscellaneous steel erection. We successfully install new steel, as well as work with existing structures. We erect all types of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. We are involved in a variety of projects from the very simplest to the most complex. Quality, time, and safety are always high priorities. We have the unique ability to think on our feet and solve issues immediately on-site as they arise.

With the vast experience of our hand picked field personnel, we have completed many jobs ahead of schedule. They are required to perform weekly Tool Box Talks and adhere to all Safety, Drug, State and Local requirements. We manage each and every job individually with a VSI Project Manager assigned. We work personally with our Customers to meet known current requirements and extras as they arise.

We have our own fleet of self sufficient service and delivery trucks. To ensure they have what they need for the job, VSI continually monitors them to ensure they have the tools, equipment and supplies to provide the best service and quality required. The service trucks come complete with their own power, modern equipment, and a full line of small tools in a mobile tool crib. Basically, they are a complete small fabrication shop on wheels.

We have the ability to design build with detailing done in-house with our staff. Project drawings are worked and stored using industry standard software, complete with state of the art scan and print on our premises. As communication needs in our industry become more and more technical, we have the latest technologies available to send and receive drawings electronically using a variety of formats.

With our experienced staff, we can save our customers money with value engineering. We study and evaluate drawings with the team prior to scheduling the manufacturing process. If we discover cost effective modifications or changes, we bring them forward for discussion and evaluation. Our staff is continuously updating their skills while also obtaining some of the latest products and technologies available in the market for the miscellaneous fabricator.

An in-house detailing department allows us greater control of the quality of the drawings, scheduling, tracking, and more flexibility with changes. This gives us the ability to plan and execute projects for our customers in a cost effective timely fashion.
